This was created for The Wordpress Flash Game Site Tutorial I wrote though, it should work fine as a general FileZilla Tutorial.
This video assumes you have your domain and hosting setup and know your ftp user-name and password. Your hosting company should be able to assist you with all of these details though, let me know if you need some help.

Wow really great tutorial and easy to understand. Very clearly done. I may have to use it in my teaching session! Good job! (hmm may send a video comment next time)
